If I may let the Speaker know, this was an email sent to me from an American citizen. I was just reading something an American citizen wrote. These are not my remarks. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Members are reminded to refrain from engaging in personalities towards the President, including by reading into debate matter that would be improper if spoken in the Member's own words.
