So if they come out with this regulation where we cannot even build a new coal power plant, even though the new plant emissions are much lower than the old plants, and then if they go further and start regulating existing plants, then America is going to find itself in a very difficult situation, particularly when it comes to being competitive in the global marketplace to attract industry for jobs.
