there are a number of places in the manager's amendment to H.R. 11817 that refer to coordination efforts between the Department of Homeland Security with ``other relevant Federal agencies,'' specifically as it relates to protection of critical infrastructure and cybersecurity. I want to ask the distinguished chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security if those ``other relevant Federal agencies'' would include the departments and agencies under the jurisdiction of the Committee on Energy and Commerce, including the Department of Commerce, Department of Energy, Department of Health and Human Services, Federal Communications Commission, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Federal Trade Commission, National Information Agency, and the Environmental Protection Agency?
