I am not an opponent of term limits. I have opposed the provisions that restrict the House to three 2-year terms. I am a proponent of six 2-year terms, and I am also a proponent of letting the States take different positions, but I am not an opponent of the six 2-year terms. So he mischaracterizes my position. I would not be a supporter of this amendment if I did not believe in term limits.

I am a little bit skeptical if we are doing this simply because we don't like natural gas power, we don't like coal power, we don't like nuclear power, because that would be an added cost that somebody's got to bear.
But I also think I speak for the majority and the minority that we hope that this is something that can move reasonably expeditiously and that means actually end up in a bill the President signs in this Congress.
