The alternative, I believe, is to have a bipartisan fiscal commission.
I want to prove to them that we can rise to their expectations and be responsible stewards.
I believe a commission with membership from Members of Congress as well as outside experts is necessary and timely right...
If you don't have that, it is not going to work.
