The text of the motion is as follows: Mr. Arrington of Texas moves that the House concur in the Senate amendment to House Concurrent Resolution 14. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 313, the motion shall be debatable for 1 hour equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on the Budget.
