He has truly been an inspiration and a leader among his equals here in the people's House on healthcare issues. He was the founder of the Doctors Caucus. He was the Health Subcommittee chair at the Energy and Commerce Committee and the chair of the Health Care Task Force on the Budget Committee. There is nobody in this Chamber, and I would submit in the United States Congress, who knows more about healthcare and who has endeavored more over the years to make healthcare work.
