Timing is everything. I think we have got a great opportunity.
If you have a broken process, you will get bad outcomes most of the time.
The alternative, I believe, is to have a bipartisan fiscal commission.
we need to tackle the fiscal dysfunction, and I believe a fiscal commission is part of that
