The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: muleshoe national wildlife refuge land protection plan Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to finalize, implement, administer, or enforce the Land Protection Plan described in the document published by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service titled ``Final Land Protection Plan & Environmental Assessment Muleshoe National Wildlife Refuge'' (February 2023). The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1370, the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Arrington) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Texas.”
