Mr. Speaker, my colleague and brother in Christ speaks the truth. And as I said, we can pass all the laws we want, Representative Allen, but we cannot pass laws that change the human heart. We must return to those core values, to that relationship with God to remember that the greatest commandment is to love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love your neighbor.
