The inflation tax that my colleague put on her constituents with unbridled spending and failed economic policies actually took $1,100 out of the pockets of our fellow Americans, but the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act put $5,000 back into the pockets of our fellow Americans in every district. Mr. Speaker, I yield 1 minute to the gentleman from Kansas (Mr. Estes), my friend and a fellow Budget Committee member.
