“Again, it is up to the Fed. You can't argue this both ways. The FORM Act is not imposing a rule. The Fed says that it is data dependent. What is the data? What is the reaction function? Tell us what you are doing. If you decide tomorrow morning you want to do it differently, that is fine. Just tell the rest of us. In this economy that continues to underperform, an economy that continues to suffer, monetary policy ought to be made clear and transparent to the American people. That is what the FORM Act demands.
