It is not a perfect bill. I have never voted for a perfect bill.
The CFPB is unaccountable to the President, because the director can only be removed for cause.
I maintained it was perhaps the single most powerful and unaccountable agency in the history of the republic.
I do want to return back to this use of the term 'abusive.'
