Reclaiming my time. I appreciate the gentleman's pushback, but I am still not going to quite see things his way. I believe that the gentleman from Michigan strikes the proper balance here, particularly at a time when, again, our working families are struggling and this economy is limping along. We had a fourth-quarter GDP report where this economy was barely on life support systems. We have to jump-start our small businesses. We have to jump-start capital formation. The gentleman from Michigan has the right balance. I reserve the balance of my time.
