I thank the gentlewoman from Alabama for her amendment. It is a bipartisan amendment. She makes some good points. We are happy to accept it. As long as I am here, I would like to point out to the distinguished ranking member that anytime my side wins all the votes, I am not having a tough day. I am having a really good day.
