Never in the history of America has a Congress spent more money with less accountability than this Democrat Congress did today just a few hours ago, $463 billion spent in 1 hour, 1 hour of debate to spend $463 billion. Now, I have been a Member of Congress for a while, but, ladies and gentlemen, that is still real money. That is $7.7 billion per minute that this Democrat majority managed to spend. They seemed to have forgotten the war fighter and his quality of life when they were putting this massive spending bill together.
