I have no further speakers, but I just wish to urge all of my colleagues to support, again, a very bipartisan and very commonsense bill. This relief is needed for end users for proper risk management. It will indeed help these companies with economic growth. Again, Mr. Speaker, I urge all of my colleagues to support the legislation. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Hensarling) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 1317, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
