If you are for those people making wetlands and endangered species decisions in your district, basically the Corps of Engineers and Fish and Wildlife involved in every property transaction and building permit, you should vote for this amendment. If you told your constituents back home you are for private property rights, you should vote against this amendment that, in the words of the author, guts the true intent of H.R. 925.
