That is not community banks getting that money. That is not Main Street Americans and average wage workers getting that money.
The excess money being held in reserve is just sitting there, not being let out, not serving an economic purpose.
The economy of the United States is the largest in the world. At $18 trillion, it represents a quarter share of the global economy.
