I have today signed into law H.R. 1646, the 'Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 2003.'
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
Patsy Mink fought tirelessly for the causes she supported, and our Nation is grateful to her for her long record of public service.
It ensures that Government operations continue without interruption at their current operating level.
