It's been my honor to talk to some of these parish presidents and mayors of the affected area.

We fully understand that it's hard to maintain order if you don't have fuel for your cars and first-responders.

I particularly want to thank these parish presidents and mayors for their strong leadership.

We want people to come home as quickly as possible.
