I thank Jim for his friendship and his leadership during this historic time.
Jim has led innovative efforts to ensure that the Department of Veterans Affairs is better prepared.
We have asked the American people to remain vigilant as well and to report suspicious activity.
Our enemies have not succeeded in launching another attack on our soil, but they have not been idle.
