Our goal in America is to do everything we can to help those who hurt.
I like to say government can spend money, but government cannot put hope in people's hearts or a sense of purpose in people's lives.
I welcome the signing of the peace agreement that brings an end to 4 years of civil war in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
We're too open. We're too diverse. We're too large. It cannot be done.
