I want to thank the Members of Congress who have joined me for this important bill signing.
They voted against the TSP.
I have signed into law H.R. 5441, the 'Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2007.'
We will stand with the 12 million brave citizens who demanded their freedom.
