Liberty has the capacity to transform enemies into allies.
We just had an extensive and important dialog about how Turkey and the United States can and must work together to achieve peace.
The liberation of Afghanistan was a great achievement, and for those of you who served in that effort, thank you.
We commit to further strengthening the excellent cooperation already achieved by our two countries.
