I hereby find that the furnishing of defense articles and defense services to the Southern African Development Community will strengthen the security of the United States and promote world peace.

We look forward to working with him and the National Archives to build a world-class Presidential library and museum that will be an important resource for scholars and the general public.

what America does for itself has made it strong--but what America does for others has made it great.
