We need to hold users, whether casual or heavy users, accountable for their actions.
Together as a people we can save these kids.
To be strong and efficient, our strategy needs these funds.
Let me tell you straight out -- everyone who uses drugs, everyone who sells drugs, and everyone who looks the other way.
