I'm thinking about winning it on the merits--what's best for the foreign policy of the United States and what's best for the foreign policies of the Western countries and what's best for China. And I think the answer is to continue MFN as is. So, I'm not into the concession business or sitting down, or trading at this juncture, and I know we start off a little behind here.
