Our nation does not have to choose between being a compassionate society and a lawful society. So, I support strengthening our borders and I support a temporary-worker program that would match willing workers with American employers.

One of our major problems is, we do not have enough immigrants. We are going to have to do something about our immigration policy.
This means that people of every race, religion, ethnicity can be fully and equally American. It means that bigotry or white supremacy in any form is blasphemy against the American creed.
