History has a long march to it. Societies change, and relationships can constantly be altered to the good.
If we leave Iraq before our commanders say that we are ready we will be risking the future of Iraq.
We are here today, together, to strengthen and reform U.N. peacekeeping because our common security demands it.
We live in troubled times with a military deployed around the world. We need a strong leader.
