Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. I just find it ironic that the other side always likes to complain that Republicans meddle too much in the affairs of the District of Columbia. And yet yesterday, so many of them voted not to even let the District of Columbia access their own local funds. I reserve the balance of my time.
