I thank the gentleman for yielding, and I just want him to know that I rise in strong support of this amendment. We have talked about the fact that the IRS has betrayed the trust of the American people, and if they are just going to circle the wagons, that is just going to raise more suspicion, so I urge adoption of this amendment.
