And you have heard of the ``bridge to nowhere''? That was about $300 million, and that kind of made its way through the process on to the President's desk. And I think if the President had had a line item veto, he might have said, You know what? I think you ought to take another look at that ``bridge to nowhere.'' And he could have exercised that line item veto. And maybe if that had gone away, then, yes, we would have spent less money, and the deficit would not be as large as it is today, and that is good.
