The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 1330, after line 5, insert the following: (e) Annual Briefing.--Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter, the Department of State, in consultation with the heads of other relevant Federal departments and agencies, shall provide a briefing to relevant Committees of the House of Representatives and the Senate regarding the progress and efforts of the PRC to achieve the goals and commitments stated in subsection (a)(3).
