Can we at least just acknowledge for the record that it is going to be significantly high-income earners and corporations who will be the biggest beneficiaries of these tax credits, because 90 percent of the subsidies going are going to billion dollar corporations and 80 percent of the EV subsidies, which are a big portion of what we are talking about, are going to people who make over $100,000 a year as an individual or $300,000 a year as a couple?
