I would ask my friend from Pennsylvania if he is aware that our colleague and colleague in the House Freedom Caucus, our friend Yvette Herrell from New Mexico, introduced legislation a year ago-- actually over a year ago to require the use of Title 42. Is that right? {time} 2015
