And does the gentleman believe that it is possible for people who have concerns about these things--about the spending, about the ridiculous decisionmaking in this Chamber--to want to stand up and be able to say that they stand with the people of Ukraine in solidarity but don't believe that writing a blank check is in their interest, our interest, or anybody's interest?
