Southwest Airlines decided to play footsie with this tyrannical order, and the pilots said, no; the employees of Southwest said, no; a lot of their customers said no; and people like me and others called them to task. Guess what Southwest did, Mr. Speaker? They backed off a bit. They have now said: We are not going to fire people; we will give them unpaid leave. I said to Southwest: That is not good enough.
