TRAVEL AND TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCES: PROHIBITION OF REQUIREMENT OF ZERO-EMISSION VEHICLE. An travel or transportation allowance paid pursuant to the Joint Travel Regulations for the Uniformed Services may not require that such travel or transportation be in a zero- emission vehicle.
