The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 36, after line 3, insert the following: (j) Withdrawal of Policy Statements.--The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission shall withdraw-- (1) the updated policy statement titled ``Certification of New Interstate Natural Gas Facilities'' published in the Federal Register on March 1, 2022 (87 Fed. Reg. 11548); and (2) the interim policy statement titled ``Consideration of Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Natural Gas Infrastructure Project Reviews'' published in the Federal Register on March 11, 2022 (87 Fed.
