I want to lay that foundation about our shared desire to stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine; whatever that means in terms of resources, that should be debated. And by the way, side note: Have we ever had a full, robust debate with amendments and being able to offer any kind of discussion here about Ukraine on the floor of the house?
