There is some sort of form, and you sign the form. In that language, you say, ``due to the COVID emergency,'' or something to that effect. I don't want to misrepresent the exact legal language. ``Due to the COVID emergency, I cannot be here to vote, so I am allowing so-and- so colleague to vote for me.''
