I happen to agree with that. That is something that the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Kolbe) and I share, and the gentleman from Michigan has joined with us in cosponsoring our one area. I think it is important for the American public to realize that we can have differences of opinion, but we do not have to be disagreeable about it. Because I do not pretend for a moment that the bill that the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Kolbe) and I put together is the solution, but we have been scored to do that which we all agree needs to be done, and that is to fix the problem, the unfunded liability of $22 trillion.
