Sometimes that is right, and sometimes that is wrong, but I appreciate the sense of humor in which the gentleman yields. But the colleagues should be looking at this right now and understand that we are playing games, and this is serious. This is serious. The reason, and I wanted to close with this, this bill, and it is a good bill, is paid for; to the extent changes are being made in this, these costs are fully offset by reductions in food stamp spending and in crop insurance programs. In fact, this bill, if it passes, will create a surplus of $101 million over the life of the bill. So I ask my colleagues, please reject this rule, and let us send the Committee on Rules back to do that work.
