Mr. Speaker, just let me say in closing, again, I commend the gentleman from Illinois (Chairman Ewing) and the ranking members on this side for the tremendous hard work that has gone into this package. There is no question that our producers all across the Nation will be very appreciative of this financial assistance once again this year. I thank the actions, as the gentleman from Texas (Chairman Combest) has mentioned a moment ago, tremendous work of the staffs on both sides of the aisle who have been able to work together in resolving many difficult issues in which we do not always agree 100 percent. But this committee, under the leadership of the gentleman from Texas (Chairman Combest), I think, does as good and perhaps I would say best job of any committee in the House of working out differences between both sides when we, perhaps, have differences, not partisan differences, but honest differences in the manner in which various pieces of the legislation should be written. This was a difficult task with the additions and all, but it has been done in a way in which I feel that can be recommended to our colleagues on both sides of the aisle for their support.
