I, too, look forward to working with the gentleman from Maine. I appreciate him bringing it to the attention of the full body, bringing this, not necessarily unique problem, but it is one which is clearly made possible in the legislation that we consider today, these concerns to be met. I look forward to working with the gentleman from Maine (Mr. Baldacci) and the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Combest) and seeing that, in the final conference report, that this be achieved.
