Listening to the debate again this morning, I am reminded of the words of Will Rogers, who said, ``It ain't peoples' ignorance that's bothering me so much, it is them knowing so much that ain't so is the problem.'' I would yield to anyone who would challenge anything I am going to say in my remarks. There is no surplus other than social security trust funds. Over the next 5 years, there are $520 billion of projected surplus, of which $657 of the $520 are social security trust funds. That is a fact. Does anyone wish to challenge me on that? Hearing no response, this tax bill will increase the deficit.
