We are not against immigration. Most of us are the children of immigrants. My own daughter-in-law is a naturalized citizen. But we have to do it the right way, and that is exactly what we are here to do. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Tiffany).
