I do want to point out that the President even understands that there is an ability there for the Ukraine. Speaking in Ukraine recently, he said: ``We welcome the prospect of U.S. LNG efforts in the future since additional global supplies will benefit Europe and other strategic partners.'' That is a quote somebody sent me from President Obama.
