You know, we in this Congress or Congresses of the past have ceded a lot of our authority to executive agencies. We have given them lots of power to regulate. They are taking over and doing an awful lot. Know Your Farmer--Know Your Food is another example of an agency going beyond what needs to be done and is something I feel they should come back to Congress for. With that, I would like to yield to the gentlewoman from North Carolina (Ms. Foxx).
